3M SPP disc for total or partial stripping without chemical stripper. Scotch-Brite SPP Disc is a disc designed for partial or total stripping. It is composed of high quality synthetic fibers forming a nonwoven web.
Abrasive particles are homogeneously distributed in the web and bonded by a very strong resin.
Each disc has a pre-cut bore.

Advantages of the SPP disk

Use with water or a neutral detergent instead of a chemical cleaner.
Fast: it removes an emulsion layer every 1 or 2 passes (under laboratory test conditions).
Can be used for partial or total removal of emulsions.
Special abrasive particles for a low scratching stripping.

Scotch-Brite SPP is used with a single-disc or self-cleaning machine for wet or dry pickling on flexible or hard thermoplastic floors, protected or not, as well as on marble floors.

Manual:

Install a clean disc under the machine tray.
A flexible disc such as the 3M Scotch-Brite ™ White Disc can be used to hold the Scotch-Brite ™ SPP disc.
Use neutral detergent or water.
Strip or clean the floor.
Rinse the floor with the 3M Easy Clean broom.
Apply new emulsion layers
